Implementing yoga into my daily life has become an essential ritual to start my day refreshed, renewed, and connected. Yoga has helped me become more aware of what's going on in my internal and external environments. Practicing daily meditations and yoga asanas (yoga poses) allows me to tap into a state where I am one with myself; where all the negative self talk, all the fears and worries about my daily life vanish for a moment. Furthermore, aside from all the mental and emotional benefits, yoga brings a gentle but strengthening practice to keep the physical body healthy. 

Yoga has brought so much goodness (mental, emotional, and body health wellness) into my life, that I feel called to invite you to connect, and create this space within a community of people that all seek the same. Connection to like-minded people, as well as physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
